I was look for 2 Kawasaki Brute Force 300. So off to Loudermilk I went. Work with them for many year but was alittle hesitant knowing there was another name in front on the sign. I recently purchased my motorcycle here in the beginning of the riding season, waited until now to write the review…the first day I was welcomed as soon as I entered the shop, asked if I was looking for anything specific, I asked many questions about a few motorcycles and they even pulled a few out for me to sit on and see if my legs could reach the ground comfortably, informed me on many details about the one I was interested in. They helped me so much in the purchasing process and provided the plate mount and temporary tag all installed before I left the day of purchase. After the motorcycle was outside, they even gave a quick explanation of safety checks, how the signals worked and how to do maintenance after the break in period, RPM limits for break in period and then assisted me later in general maintenance and questions as well. For parts and oil and other purchasing they were also very helpful! 🏍

Great service! Had a accident with the sled earlier in the year and they did everything they could to get me back on it this year. They are easy to work with and keep you informed through the whole process. Great local business and happy to have a shop like this in Ashtabula county.

A generational family business. Yes a tad more expensive than big box BUT well worth it for the service alone. Quality equipment. Knowledgeable sales. Ask for recommendations based on what your needs are and let the gang steer you. They know from years of experience.
